26year old married to 44year old lady soon to be applying for green card. Would the age difference be a proble?

A friend of mine who's 27 just married a 44year old lady. They'd be filling for Green card soon. But she's on social security benefit. Is there any grounds here where their application could denied.

My concern was just the age difference and the fact that she's on SS benefits and doesn't necessarily have a sponsor.

Does anybody know what the odds are of winning the Green Card Lottery? How soon do one find out if you won?

I entered the Green Card Lottery since I have no other visa options left to stay in the country Legally(Usa). But don't know if I have any chance at all...
