waiting time at montriel us consulate for Immigrant Visa?

Hello,

My husband is Green card holder.He applied for my family based green card.My visa numbers have become current.We submitted our application to NVC.I am staying at Canada.Do you guys have any idea about how much time the NVC takes to send application to Montriel US CONSULATE and what is the waiting period in consulate to issue an immigrant visa?
