I am having a bit difficulty because I don't know the word. I want to find a company that can hires a extra-ordinary alien with “extraordinary ability”.
What should I search Google for to find them?
for example: "how to get scholarship"
but this is different, this is not scholarship. In this situation, the company can give me a EB1 Green Card because I am a extra-ordinary alien with “extraordinary ability”, they will prove that there is no such extra-ordianry person like me in US.

Since I've been a resident abroad for the entire year of 2007, I'm claiming my income under the foreign income exclusion. My wife has no US income. Should I file as married filing separately and write Non-resident Alien in place of her social security number? I have to include the return in part of her permanent resident application.

my boy-friend has been illegaly in the U.S. for 7 years (entered border on visa). I want to apply for Green card. Can be useful for him before I start applying for Green card to married him. Can he get some"temporary" status allowing him to stay here legally and get a legal job? Can I have a problem getting green card when I marry an illegal allien?thanks for any answers.
