How long does someone who has won the green card lottery have to wait to actually recieve the green card?

I am a green card diversity lottery winner and have already moved to the U.S. Please could anyone enlighten me on the time it takes for your green card and social security card to be processed and sent to you?
I am in the US legally on an immigrant visa given to me upon my winning the green card lottery.
